After the Top 100 seal, which SK UV Gele GmbH received as a top innovator in June of this year, the company from Mönchengladbach is being honoured once again: As part of the DUP UNTERNEHMER TAG on 6 September at the Colosseum Theatre in Essen, the leading manufacturer of high-quality nail gels will receive the „Arbeitgeber der Zukunft“ seal.
The seal is awarded by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation DIND. In association with the DUP Unternehmer Medien and the Deutsche Unternehmerbörse DUB (German Entrepreneurial Exchange), the private-sector institute with renowned partners from business, science and politics supports German SMEs with the Employers of the Future initiative in their entrepreneurial challenges, especially in the competition for qualified workers and young talent.
"Our goal is to help companies to make their strengths visible and thus to be successful in the competition for the best minds," says Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics and patron of the initiative.
Companies that qualify for the seal undergo a demanding multi-stage analysis process.
The "Employer of the Future" prize is awarded to companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions.
The focus is on a contemporary management style, innovative strength and employee friendliness. Aspects such as flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or employee benefits as well as individual further education and training opportunities round off the overall picture as the basis of an evaluation matrix drawn up by experts.
As a valuable guide for job seekers, the award helps companies position themselves in the "war of talents". According to the latest ifo economic survey, German companies complained of a 43.1% shortage of skilled workers in July 2023, making it all the more important for companies to stand out from the crowd - as "Employer of the Future", SK UV Gele GmbH succeeds once again.
